The Architectural Technologist will produce detailed architectural drawings, contribute to innovative design solutions, and support the delivery of high-end residential projects from concept to construction.

This role requires precision, creativity, and a focus on sustainable design practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed Revit drawings for luxury residential projects.
• Develop innovative design concepts in collaboration with the architectural team.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements while incorporating sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate designs, materials, and construction documentation.
• Assist in maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 3–5 years’ experience in high-end residential architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
• SACAP registration preferred (or in progress).
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
