Hire Resolve is currently working with a reputable construction company in Cape Town who is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site activities as Site Manager.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors effectively.
  • Manage materials and equipment on site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the project duration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • SACPCMP registration is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Experience in managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
