Hire Resolve's client in the Civil Engineering field is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Resident Engineer in Mozambique.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the construction of road infrastructure projects
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure quality assurance
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust project plans as needed
- Manage and lead teams of construction workers and contractors
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and contracts
- Prepare project-related reports and presentations for management
- +15 years’ experience in the construction and supervisor of road projects
- BSc. / B.Eng. in Civil Engineering
- Must be Professionally registered.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Must have experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa
