𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
✅ 0–3 years’ relevant industry experience
✅ Basic understanding of construction contracts and cost management
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
✅ Exposure to QS software (e.g. WinQS, CCS, or similar) advantageous
✅ Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
