𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ National Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
✅ 0–3 years’ experience in a similar role
✅ Basic understanding of construction contracts and cost control
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software
✅ Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
✅ Good communication skills and attention to detail
