An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and well-established firm involved in high-impact construction and infrastructure projects. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience

• Registered Candidate Quantity Surveyor (CanQS)

• Currently in process of registering as PrQS (advantageous)

• Experience in either consulting or contracting environments (open to both)

• Fluency in Afrikaans is essential

Key Competencies:

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control

• Proficient in preparing and evaluating BOQs, payment certificates, and variation orders

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Effective communication with clients, contractors, and consultants

• Commitment to quality, deadlines, and professional ethics
