Hire Resolve's client, a well-established and forward-thinking architectural firm known for delivering innovative commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, is currently seeking a Project Lead (PrArch) to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professionally registered architect with a passion for design excellence and strong project delivery skills to step into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion

• Oversee and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors

• Liaise directly with clients and ensure brief and design objectives are met

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance

• Contribute to design development, technical detailing, and documentation

• Ensure quality assurance and consistency across all project phases

• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress

Requirements

• Registered Professional Architect (PrArch) with SACAP

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration experience

• Proven ability to lead projects independently

• Strong design, technical, and project management capabilities

• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (AutoCAD an advantage)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience in commercial or mixed-use developments advantageous
